2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

• Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.

• Employees of Winners Garage and their immediate family members may not enter.

• By entering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Entry

• Each ticket costs £1.

• Every ticket purchased equals one entry into the competition.

• There is no limit to the number of tickets you may purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully received.

4. Competition Closing Date

Each competition has a clearly displayed closing date and time.

No entries will be accepted after the closing time.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected for each competition.

The winning ticket will be drawn live on our official TikTok account.

Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

The draw result is final.

6. Prize

The winner will receive the vehicle advertised.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Vehicle ownership will be transferred to the winner.

• Nationwide UK delivery can be arranged.

• The vehicle is supplied with the documentation listed on the competition page.

No cash alternative will be offered unless specifically stated.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided during checkout.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Winners Garage reserves the right to redraw the competition.

8. Vehicle Information

All vehicle descriptions are provided in good faith.

Images are for illustration where applicable.

Minor cosmetic wear consistent with age and mileage may be present unless otherwise stated.

9. Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If Winners Garage cancels a competition, all entrants will receive a full refund.

10. Live Draw

All competitions are conducted live and recorded.

Videos may remain available on our social media platforms after the draw.

11. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to reasonable publicity, including photographs and video content for Winners Garage marketing.

12. Fraud Prevention

Winners Garage reserves the right to:

• Refuse entries

• Cancel fraudulent purchases

• Disqualify entrants using false information

• Cancel duplicate or suspicious transactions

13. Data Protection

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information will never be sold to third parties.

14. Liability

Winners Garage accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical failures

• Payment interruptions

• Website downtime

• Lost or delayed entries caused by third-party services

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

15. Responsible Participation

Please only enter if you can afford to do so.

16. Changes
